Subject: Fix typos in packaging article

posts/2022/packaging-for-arch-linux.rst:
Replace instances of `install()` and `install_` with `package()`/
`package_` which was copy/pasted around due to a typo.
Make clear that one of the checksum algorithms (or all of them) can be
used.
